Thrive and Flow – Terms & Conditions

 

Thrive and Flow is operated by Maria Yiangou as a sole trader.

 

By booking a session, you agree to the following:

 

All bookings are made on a termly block basis and must be paid in full in advance to secure a place.

 

Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

 

Sessions require a minimum number of participants to run.

 

If minimum numbers are not met, a full refund will be issued.

 

Block bookings are non-refundable once the term has commenced.

 

Withdrawal during a term does not entitle the participant to a refund.

 

Thrive and Flow reserves the right to withdraw a participant if behaviour persistently disrupts the safety or wellbeing of the group.

 

Any refund in such circumstances is at the discretion of Thrive and Flow.

 

Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries or additional needs at the time of booking.

 

Thrive and Flow cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

 

Thrive and Flow reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to session dates or times if required.
