Child & Adult
Wellbeing Programmes

At Thrive and Flow, our child and adult sessions bring grown-ups and children onto the mat together — side by side, breath by breath — in a space that feels warm, unhurried and genuinely fun. Rooted in yoga, mindful movement and breathwork, these workshops are less about getting it right and more about being present with the person next to you.

Life moves fast. These sessions are your invitation to slow down, show up and simply enjoy each other.

Expect moments of stillness and calm, yes — but also shared laughter, the odd wobble, gentle silliness and the kind of connection that happens when you try something new together. You might balance on each other, mirror each other's movements, breathe in sync or dissolve into giggles when a pose goes sideways. All of it counts.

Children discover that the grown-ups in their lives are willing to be a little silly, a little brave and a little wobbly too. And grown-ups are often surprised by how much they enjoy it.

These sessions grow calm, closeness and connection — one shared moment at a time.

What to Expect:

Every session is different, but here's a flavour of what you might find when you arrive:

  • Yoga together and side by side — gentle, accessible sequences that work for all bodies, all ages and all levels of flexibility (none required)

  • Paired and shared movement — balancing, mirroring and moving together in ways that build trust, spark laughter and create real connection

  • Breathing tools you can actually use — simple techniques that help both children and adults find calm in the moment and take something useful home

  • Guided relaxation — a moment to genuinely rest, reset and arrive back in yourselves

  • Conversations and connection — gentle prompts that open things up between you, without any pressure

No experience needed, no performance expected — just a willingness to show up and see what happens. These sessions are invitational in spirit, structured enough to feel safe and relaxed enough to feel free.

Whether you leave feeling calmer, closer or just a little lighter than when you arrived — that's more than enough.
