• Payments are non-refundable once the term has begun.

 

• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to illness, holidays or other absences.

 

• Withdrawal part-way through a term does not qualify for a refund.

• If Thrive and Flow cancels a session, a credit or refund will be provided for that session.

 

• If minimum participant numbers are not met before the start of term, a full refund will be issued.

 

Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the sole discretion of Thrive and Flow.
